It’s been a beautiful year for autumn color, at least where I live.  The transition has been a slow crescendo.  Where some years everything just turns brown and falls, this year we’ve got a great mix of colors.  The first good windy winter storm usually cleans everything off the trees, but the weather has been kind – if rainy.
