I knew when I started Flying Squirrel that the biggest challenge would be keeping up, fitting it in.  For the most part, that hasn’t been a problem – then August happened.  =)

Two weeks travelling to celebrate my parent’s 50th Anniversary (quite a milestone!) followed by a week of work travel and another buckled down working solo while the rest of the family traveled, and now here we are, a month gone by, school starting up again, and I’ve just let things sit…

I also told myself I’d never write one of those “sorry I’ve been gone” posts – and yet here we are!  At least some of that traveling yielded some good fodder.  Now that I can breathe, I’ll share some of it with you, starting with this photo as a teaser.  Stay tuned.  =)
